Menu Spotlight
This month, we’re featuring our Raw Oysters on the halfshell.
Our oysters are flown in overnight from Island Creek Oysters in New England and served with a mignonette, verjus, and house-made hot sauce on the side.
By the Glass
We are changing it up and highlighting a few of our Belgian beers from our partner importer, Merchant du Vin.
What makes a Trappist ale? These rare beers must follow three rules: 1. Brewed within a Cistercian abbey; 2. Under the supervision of monks; and 3. Profits go towards the monastic community or charitable works.
